What Happens After We Receive a Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
• Notify the user who posted the content.
• Document the notice for our records.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@buyafoodtruck.com containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the content that was removed and its prior location on the Site.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which you reside.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant seeks a court order.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

Scraped & Aggregated Content

Some listings on our Site are aggregated from third-party sources. If you own copyrighted content (including photographs) that appears in an aggregated listing and you wish it removed, please submit a DMCA notice as described above and we will act promptly.
